So, I have set up in the next Hurtsburger that he is a comic artist and I am working on a strip for a friends zine. So I decided to use the strip for the zine as Hurtsburgers comic. Its called Corn Pone. Its inspired by the one panels you would see in Playboy. Comics that are dirty purely for the sake of being dirty. Corn Pone is about hill billies and the main character is Billy Bottoms. There is not much to say about it, its just dirty. Lots of ladies with barley any clothes and...well, just dirty.
The next few posts are character sketches for the strip. My favorite being this one. Billy's friend June Bug.

Hurtsburger Week 3

Again this is inspired by a real event. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN TO ME! Lets get that straight RIGHT now. I'm all man. Yeah. So...Whatever.

On Monday of this week Illustrator Frank Frazetta died at the age of 82. He was my idol and everything that I have tried to be as an artist. This is my tribute to him and my thank you for all the inspiration he gave me.

The Reason for Hurtsburger

Hurtsburger is going to be a weekly comic that is based on the things that go on around me. Some of the subject matter has been exaggerated but the sad thing is, most of it is true.
